(Kershaw County) - Kershaw deputies arrested a 21-year-old man after they say he exposed himself on a web cam to who he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
Deputies arrested 21-year-old Richard Allen Mangum of Kershaw. They say he is awaiting extradition to Florida, and is currently at the Kershaw County jail.
Investigators say Mangum was talking to who he believed to be a 14-year-old girl on a Yahoo Chat line when he exposed himself on a web cam, and began to masturbate. Deputies say Mangum was actually communicating with a Marion County Sheriff's Deputy in Florida.
Mangum is charged with lewd exhibition using a computer.
