Officials say at around 12:30 a.m. Thursday, 35-year-old Stanley Anderson was arguing with a man at a home on Wilson Blvd. Authorities say that's when Anderson stabbed the victim in the back.
Anderson has been arrested and charged with assault and battery with intent to kill, and is behind bars at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
The victim is being treated for non life-threatening injuries.
This incident is still under investigation.
