Nine SC Colleges Named Best by Princeton Review

(WLTX) -- Nine colleges in our state have been selected as part of The Princeton Review's 2010 Best Colleges.

The education services company recommends the following institutions as the top in the Southeast:

* Anderson University

* Clemson University

* Coker College

* College of Charleston

* Furman University

* Southern Wesleyan University

* University of South Carolina at Columbia

* Winthrop University

* Wofford University

The Princeton Review selects its bests colleges based on excellence of academic programs and the opinions of independent and high school college advisors. The firm also surveys students at each institution about their campus experiences and the quality of the living and learning environment.
