Prosperity, SC (WLTX) -- Prosperity police are working to find a couple in their 60s they say stole 12 antique pistols as they left a store Thursday morning. Investigators with the Prosperity Police Department say a man and a woman walked into The Antique Store on Downtown Square in Prosperity and went to the back of the store. As the couple left the store, police say the man took the guns. Chief Craig Nelson told News19 that the couple told a store employee that they were from Florida and had planned to stop in Little Mountain before returning to the Sunshine State. Nelson says the couple also stole 10 gold rings from an antiques store in Little Mountain.
