Richland County, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies are investigating the death of a person who was found shot to death on Highway 601 near the Congaree River.
The body was discovered Tuesday night.
The victim's name has not been released, nor have deputies said what they believe led up to the death.
Deputies have suspects in custody in connection with the killing, but have not said who they are or what charges they are facing.
