Clemson, SC (WLTX) - The Clemson Tigers will have their first ever chance to play in the ACC Championship game.
The Tigers' slot in the game was secured when Boston College lost to North Carolina Saturday. The Eagles' defeat means regardless of how Clemson fares against Virginia, they have won the ACC's Atlantic Division title.
The ACC Championship game will be held December 5 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. Clemson will face Georgia Tech in that contest.
After the Virginia game, Clemson will then have their rivalry game against South Carolina before getting a chance to face the Yellow Jackets.
