(WLTX) --- Clemson has accepted an invitation to play in the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl in Nashville.
The Tigers will play Kentucky Sunday, December 27, at 8:00 p.m. This will be a rematch of the 2006 Music City Bowl, won by the Wildcats 28-20.
This will be Kentucky's fourth straight bowl appearance under Rich Brooks. The Tigers have been bowl eligible for 11 straight seasons dating back to 1999.
Clemson will take an 8-5 record into the contest, while Kentucky is 7-5.
