The App Of The Day is called Cogs

If you have a family road trip planned for the Fourth, you might want to install the Cogs app - it's a great free puzzle app that works on Apple and Android devices.

It's like an old fashioned wooden block puzzle - where you slide tiles to solve the puzzle.

This is really a beautiful app - the graphics are amazing and the game is really fun. The goal is to solve the puzzles & earn 3 stars to unlock the next level. Match up gears, steam pipes, and more to complete one level.

The puzzle is in 3 D too, you have to match the gears on two sides to make a propeller move on another level. And match up steam pipes to make another gear move.

Of course there are only three levels unlocked in the free version, so you can keep doing the intro puzzles to see who gets the fastest times in the family, or you can purchase the full version of the app.
