Los Angeles, CA (written by Lorena Blas/USA Today) -- Celebrities are sharing some laughter to promote a serious cause.
As if he doesn't have enough to do, Zach Galifianakis, who has been busy promoting his new big-screen project, The Campaign, is trying to rally citizens to fight AIDS in a new PSA.
The comedic actor and the creative team at Funny or Die (co-created by Galifianakis' Campaign co-star, Will Ferrell) have joined with the anti-poverty group ONE to get the message out that people could very well see the beginning of the end of the AIDS pandemic by 2015 if everyone unites.
Joining Galifianakis in the project are Sarah Silverman, Tracy Morgan, Chloe Moretz, Marisa Tomei and Isaiah Mustafa. The PSA is being released as the International AIDS Conference takes place in Washington.
