COLUMBIA, SC (WLTX)  The Columbia Police department bomb squad is at the Walmart on Harbison Blvd to investigate what is being called a "suspicious package".

The package turned out to be a bag with a box and some newspaper inside.  No explosives were detected. The bag was found inside the store.

This right on the heels of an earlier "suspicious package" off of Leesburg road, which contained no explosives but was detonated as a precaution.

According to the Columbia Police department spokesperson Jennifer Timmons, someone inside the store reported what appeared to be an unattended bag.

The store had been evacuated as a precaution and is now open.
