Greer, SC (written by E. Richard Walton/Greenville Online) -- A 43-year-old Greer man has been charged with six counts of a lewd act on a child in incidents dating back to March, warrants state.
Gaudencio Valdon-Aguilar, of Poplar Drive, is charged with committing lewd acts on a child in March, April, two counts in May, June and August, according to warrants.
The victim's father reported the incidents to the Greer Police Department, which investigated and filed the charges, a spokesman said.
The minor is described as being between age seven and 14; the suspect is accused of touching the child in private areas, the warrant states.
The victim was a friend of the man's family, it states.
On Valdon-Aguilar was not listed as an inmate at the Greenville County Detention Center.
