Richland County, SC (WLTX) - A man killed in a collision in northeast Richland County Tuesday has been identified.
Coroner Gary Watts says the person was 79-year-old Earnest F. Elliott of Elgin.
State troopers say Elliott was driving a moped along Kelly Mill Road around 8:45 a.m. when he crossed the center line and collided with a van.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate.
