James Island, SC (WLTX) -- According to a report from Charleston CBS affiliate WCSC, a woman gave birth Thursday in the bathroom of a James Island Bi-Lo grocery store.

Fire officials told WCSC mother and baby are expected to be fine, after being transported to an area hospital by rescue crews.
