NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Police in North Charleston say one person has been killed and another wounded in a shooting.
Police spokesman Spencer Pryor says officers were called to a street around 3 p.m. Sunday and found two men who had been shot.
Both were taken to the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital where one of them died. The other man is listed in critical condition.
The Charleston County coroner's office said 23-year-old Anthony Watley III, of North Charleston, died.
The injured man's name has not been released.
Pryor says officers determined there was an altercation involving the two men and a third person. No arrests have been reported.
