Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Columbia police have arrested two people they say robbed a pizza store Sunday morning.

Officers say 27-year-old Sheena Patryce Ashe and 20-year-old Quenteall Desean Amaker are each charged with criminal conspiracy and two counts of armed robbery.

According to police, around 11:30 a.m. an employee at the Little Caesar's at 4440 Rosewood Drive was walking to his car with a money deposit bag. Police say Ashe attempted to take the bag, but wasn't successful. Officers say Amaker then showed up with a gun and demanded the money.

After taking the cash and the victim's cell phone and car keys, the two ran away, investigators say.

A police officer spotted Ashe and Amaker at 160 Gills Creek Parkway and detained Amaker. Ashe briefly got away, but a K-9 officer tracked her down to a nearby area.
