Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Governor Nikki Haley announced appointments to the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission.
New to the commission is attorney Aisha Taylor. She joins Andrea Roche, who will remain with the group, and Scott Beck, who will stay on as commission chair.
The governor praised the commission for improvements in the past year. he says that the number of days for a workers comp hearing is down from 233 days to 83 days.
