Richland County, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies say an estranged married couple was found shot to death at a Richland County home Friday morning.
Deputies say a man and woman's body were found outside a home on Coralbean Way, which is near Blythewood, around 9 a.m..
The identities of the people have not yet been released, but officers say the woman was 44-years-old and the man was 50-years-old.
Investigators say the two were married, but had separated. According to officers, the woman had just moved into the house a few weeks ago.
Based on their investigation so far, officers say the woman had taken two teenagers to school Friday morning, then returned home. Her husband arrived a short time later.
It's believed they may have had an argument before the shooting.
Officers say the woman was shot multiple times, while the man was shot just once.
Deputies continue to investigate, but say preliminary information leads them to believe this is a murder-suicide.
