(WLTX) --- Head coach Dabo Swinney was none too pleased with the performance of some of his players as the Tigers kicked off Chick-Fil-A Bowl practice Saturday.
In fact, some extra conditioning at the end of practice was the order of the day. Swinney said his team looked like it had not been on the field in two weeks - the last time was when Clemson lost to arch-rival USC.
Swinney acknowledged there is a lot going on right now for the players with final exams, but said that was no excuse for some of his guys to not come out to practice with the proper mindset.
The Tigers will face LSU New Year's Eve in Atlanta. A win would give Clemson its first 11-win season since the 1981 team won the national championship.
