(WLTX) --- For the third year in a row, a Benedict Tiger has been named SIAC Player of the Year.
Xavier Collier earned the award after averaging 15 points per game and leading the league with 4.5 assists per game. The senior from Augusta also averaged 1.4 steals per outing for a Benedict team that is the SIAC East Division Co-Champion.
For the past two years, Chapin's Marcus Goode has earned the highest individual honor from the SIAC.
