USC Drops, Clemson Rises in Latest USA TODAY/Coaches' Poll

(WLTX, USA TODAY) - USC slipped and Clemson rose in the latest USA TODAY Coaches' poll.

The survey, released on Sunday, has Carolina at 15 and Clemson at 10. The Associated Press poll has Clemson at 9 and USC at 15.

Last week, USC was number 10 in the coaches' poll and Clemson was 12.

Carolina is coming off their loss to Arkansas, while Clemson had a bye week following their defeat at Georgia Tech.

Overall, LSU remained number one after their 9-6 win over Alabama, and received all first place votes. They're followed by Stanford, Oklahoma State, Alabama and Boise State.
