Blythewood, SC --- The USC equestrian team is in the midst of the mid-season break as the top-ranked program in the country.
The final poll of 2012 has USC ranked first in the country ahead of fellow SEC schools Auburn, Georgia and Texas A&M.
South Carolina is currently 4-2 overall and 3-0 in SEC play, as the Gamecocks are the only SEC school with a perfect conference record.
The next coaches poll will be released in the spring, once teams have returned to action.
