One day after helping USC finish unbeaten in the regular season, Irmo graduate Savannah McCaskill picked up an award from the SEC.
The junior forward has been named the SEC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.
McCaskill capped off a record-breaking regular season by recording a goal and an assist in No. 2 Carolina's 2-0 victory.
The Chapin, S.C., native walked off the pitch Thursday with a pair of single-season school records - 14 goals and 36 points.
McCaskill, who boasts four multi-goal games in 2016, ranks first in the SEC in points and goals. Her eight game-winners also lead the league and are the most in one season by a Gamecock.
