Washington, D.C. (WLTX) - The Cleveland Browns' will make a decision soon, making either Johnny Manziel or Brian Hoyer the starting quarterback.
For one night at least, though, they may seen a better option: Connor Shaw.
Shaw led a drive in the final minutes of the Browns-Washington Redskins preseason game that ended with a Hail Mary touchdown as time expired. That made the score 24-23.The Browns went for the two-point conversion with no time remaining, but Shaw's pass sailed out of the endzone, and Washington hung on to win.
The rookie went 8 of 9 passing with 123 yards to go along with the touchdown, a better stat line than Manziel or Hoyer.
