Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) - Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu
will most likely miss Thursday's game against the Tennessee Titans after re-
aggravating his right calf injury during Sunday's win over the Eagles.
Polamalu hopped off the field during the second quarter against the Eagles and
did not return. The seven-time Pro Bowl selection had not played since the
season opener but had a bye week to recover and was a full participant in
practice leading up to the Week 5 contest.
"He will probably be deemed out this week because of the week itself being a
quick turnaround and the nature of the injury," said Steelers coach Mike
Tomlin on Monday. "We will evaluate him when get back from Tennessee. We don't
think he will participate."
Tomlin added that linebacker LaMarr Woodley could also miss Thursday's game
with a hamstring injury.
