Montreal, QC (Sports Network) - Tomas Plekanec scored the winning goal in the
third period as the Montreal Canadiens edged the Winnipeg Jets, 4-3, at Bell
Centre on Tuesday.
Brendan Gallagher had a goal and an assist while Rene Bourque and Erik Cole
also scored for the Canadiens, who have won four straight. Carey Price gave up
three goals on 21 shots in the win.
Olli Jokinen had a goal and an assist while Blake Wheeler and Nik Antropov
also lit the lamp for the Jets, who had a three-game winning streak stopped.
Ondrej Pavelec gave up all four goals on 26 shots in the loss.
