He may not generate the headlines of fellow USC commits Dakereon Joyner or Bryce Thompson, both of whom played in Class 5A, but Darius Rush has been taking care of business in the Williamsburg County school district.
Rush is a product of Class A school C.E. Murray High School in Greeleyville. He was the first commit for Will Muschamp in this upcoming 2018 class. Darius says he's looking forward to getting on campus but first up on his radar is having a good showing in Saturday's Shrine Bowl.
The 6-2 receiver says practicing against the best players in South Carolina and going up against the best North Carolina has to offer will help him in his development.
