Watson Named To Allstate AFCA Good Works Team

Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson has been honored by the AFCA for his efforts in the community.

With Clemson on a bye week, the Tiger football team made the drive to Greenville where it took part in a Habitat For Humanity project that featured helping to construct a house, landscaping and installing fencing.

Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson knows first hand about Habitat for Humanity as he lived in a Habitat house back in 2007. With Watson on hand for the project, he was also surprised with an award from the American Football Coaches Association who named Watson to the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team.

This is the ninth consecutive year Clemson has taken part in a community service project.
