Why your video might not be playing...
1) You may not have Windows Media Player10 installed. Download it here.

2) You may not be using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
If you are using any other browser such as Mozilla Firefox, you may not be able to
view video in the popup player window. To solve this problem, click on "Open Video in
External Player" underneath the video screen .

3) You may be using a very slow modem.
It may take a few minutes to stream video if you are using a dial-up modem.

4) You may be on an Apple/ Macintosh Platform
You need to download the free Quicktime plug-in that allows you to view
Windows Media. Go to this website and follow directions.
