Columbia, SC (WLTX) - If you rode by the State House Wednesday morning, you may have noticed a bunch of shoes on the steps.

Don't worry, nothing was wrong--there's a perfectly good reason why.

It was Disability Advocacy Day. The shoes represented the thousands of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The event also was to thank legislators for their help.
