Columbia, SC (WLTX) --- In a group of more than 30 seniors, Obinna Ntiasagwe more than stood out in his final season with the Blazers.

Obinna earned an invitation to the North-South All-Star Game in Myrtle Beach. But athletic ability is just part of his story.

He is ranked in the top 10 percent of his class and he was a valuable voice in the lockerroom for head coach Raymond Jennings.

After high school, Obinna hopes to play at the next level. He has received offers from Newberry, Presbyterian and VMI. He plans on majoring in sports medicine with the goal of becoming a physical therapist or an orthapedic surgeon.
