Columbia, SC (WLTX) - USC's senior guard LaShay Page's season has ended due to an academic eligibility issue.

Page played in nine games this season, averaging 11.7 points and 3.3 rebounds a game.

His season high came versus Missouri State, when he scored 22 points.

Page was a post-graduate student from Dillion. Page had transferred from Southern Miss before the season. He had gotten a waiver, meaning he didn't have to sit out for the season, which is a NCAA requirement when players transfer to a new school.
