(WLTX) --- USC head basketball coach Frank Martin had some pointed comments following his team's 77-55 loss to Kentucky Tuesday night.

Martin told the media gathering that he had been to Rupp Arena numerous times " but I never thought I'd experience a day when I saw the opposing team put the crowd to sleep."

The coach's brutal assessment continued when he said "basically everyone got out of the way every possession so they could practice their dunking".

USC will return to action Sunday when it hosts Tennessee in the first game of a doubleheader. The USC women host Texas A&M after the men's game.
