Greensboro, GA (WLTX) - For once, USC Head Coach Steve Spurrier and Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney weren't competing for football glory--or to see who can get the best one-liner.

The football coaches participated in the Chick-fil-A Challenge Golf Tournament in Greensboro, Georgia this week. They were competing for scholarship money for their universities and charity.

Other big name coaches were there too, including Alabama's Nick Saban and Ohio State's Urban Meyer.

The coaches played alongside a former great from their respective university: for Spurrier, that was Sterling Sharpe, while for Swinney, that was Steve Fuller.

In the end, though, neither could claim the ultimate prize, as Miami's team of Al Golden and Gino Toretta got the tournament victory. Spurrier and Sharpe, though, did finish second, edging out Swinney and Fuller by one stroke.

Spurrier and Sharpewon the challenge in 2008 and 2009.
