Chapel Hill, SC(WLTX)--- Sumter's Jordan Montgomery pitched his first career complete game as USC routed top-seededNorth Carolina8-0, forcing a winner-take-all game three Monday.

Montgomery allowed just four hits and struck out three to run his record to 6-1.

Hobbs Johnson (4-1), who went an inning and two thirds, allowed five earned runs and took the loss.

After USC scored five runs in the second, it was academic from that point. Joey Pankake, who homered in game one, connected on a two-run double and L.B. Dantzler deliverd a two-run single as part of that five-run inning.

The start time for Monday's game will 7 p.m.

The winner of that game will advance to Omaha and the College World Series.
