Columbia, SC (WLTX) -Columbia officials are celebrating the city's newest wildlife habitat, in an unexpected location.

It's located in the courtyard behind the Mast General Store on Main Street.

The Certified Wildlife Habitat was created with help from the South Carolina Wildlife Federation and Riverbanks Zoo and Garden.Officials tell us the garden is a sustainable habitat for birds, butterflies, and other wildlife and helps protect the local environment.
