Columbia, SC (WLTX) --- The South Carolina Pro-Am resumed Thursday night at Heathwood Hall with competition among players who come from widely different backgrounds.
One team featured former Ole Miss standout Murphy Holloway, incoming USC freshman Justin McKie and rising senior at Coker College Errick Bethel.
Bethel is a former Dutch Fork guard who took his talent to Division II Coker College in Hartsville. He says competing in the SC Pro-Am can only help him as he heads into his final season on the college level.
Holloway recently wrapped up his career at Ole Miss which saw the Rebels win the SEC Tournament and advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
After a brief stint at the Baltimore Ravens mini-camp, Holloway is back to full-time on the court and his next goal is to play professionally whether that's in America or overseas.
