Columbia, SC (WLTX) - A popular Columbia Deli who was a victim of thieves hopes to be up to full operation by Wednesday.

The owner of Albert's deli on Parklane Road near Columbia Place Mall tells us someone stole threeair conditioningunits along with a freezer and cooler from the deli on Friday.

Damage has been estimated at more than $30,000.

Because of the theft they have not been able to open for their regular hours.Monday they were in the restaurant working on catering orders andthey opened for lunch since the weather was not too hot.

They hope to do the sameTuesday and be back to lunch and dinner by Wednesday.
