(WLTX) --- For the next two weeks, high school football's all-star games will take center stage in the Palmetto State and two area coaches will be front and center.
This Saturday at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium in Myrtle Beach, the Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Bowl will showcase the North-South All-Stars and leading the South Team will be Gilbert Head Coach Barry Harley.
Next week, the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas takes place in Spartanburg and leading the South Carolina squad is Orangeburg-Wilkinson head coach Tommy Brown.
Both men are veterans of the coaching profession and are honored to be coaching in their respective games.
What people don't see is the countless hours spent compliing rosters and a staff, in addition tothe day-to-day duties of running the school's athletic programs and of course, coaching their team.
