Washington, DC (WLTX) -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Playtex have issued a recall of the "Hip Hammock" infant carriers.

The Playtex Hip Hammock is an infant carrier, designed to strap the baby against the caregiver's body at the hip. Playtex has received 87 reports of buckles on the Hip Hammock cracking or breaking, and two infants were reported injured.

Owners should immediately discontinue use, and contact Playtex for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund.
