(WLTX) --- For the second straight year, Clemson records an attention-getting victory to close out the season.

The end of the 2012 season saw the Tigers upset LSU in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl and carry that momentum into the offseason which led to the win over Georgia to open the 2013 season.

While it remains to be seen what 2014 will bring, the Tigers are hoping that in spite of some losses on both sides of the ball, they can use the Orange Bowl victory as a launching pad to greater heights in 2014.

In fact that is the hope of seniorquarterback Tajh Boyd who is now tied with Rodney Williams for most wins by a Clemson starting quarterback (32).

While the Tigers will have to replace the likes of Boyd, Watkins and Shuey, they will have plenty of time to groom their replacements for the upcoming season.
