Orangeburg County, SC (WLTX)- The accident report from a fatal accident involving a 6-year-old was released Friday afternoon.

According to the report, the woman driving the pickup truck was not driving too fast for conditions and did not disregard any signs or signals when the truck hit 6-year-old Zion Toland.

Toland died at the scene.

The accident happened on Wednesday morning just after 7 a.m. on Highway 178 just outside the town of North.

The accident report does not mentiona school bus but Lance Corporal Judd Jones with the South Carolina Highway Patrol tells News19, the bus was pulled onto a dirt road that was just across the street from where Zion and his brother were waiting for the bus.

Officials say the lights on the bus were not flashing and the bus stop sign was not down when the child was hit.

The Major Accident Investigation Team is continuing their investigation. No charges have been filed.
