Kershaw County, SC (WLTX) - Kershaw County deputies have arrested a suspect in the killing of an 18-year-old woman this week.
Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews says his officers took 21-year-old Stephen Ross Kelly into custody Friday night. Kelly is charged with murder in the death of Briana Nicole Rabon.
Matthews has not yet released a possible motive in the killing. The sheriff is expected to speak on the arrest at a Saturday morning news conference.
