Richland County, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies say two bank robberies Thursday may be connected.

The most recent happened around 3:30 p.m. at the TD Bank at 7389 Garners Ferry Road.

Surveillance images show the suspect pointing the gun as he demands money from the tellers. After getting some cash, he left the business, and officers say he might have gotten into a white 4-door vehicle.

Just hours earlier, Columbia police say someone robbed the Wells Fargo bank on Harbison Boulevard. The suspect left the scene of that crime in a similar vehicle. Related Coverage:Columbia Police Search for Wells Fargo Robber
