Irmo, SC (WLTX) - Lexington County deputies have arrested a suspect they say tried to sexually assault two women at a motel.

Officers took Xavier Kadeem Graham, 21, into custody and charged him with first-degree burglary, one count of second-degree burglary, and two counts of assault with the intent to commit first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The incidents took place at the Red Roof Inn on Berryhill Road.

Officers say on Thursday, Graham entered a room where an employee of the business was working. Officers say he physically assaulted the victim and threw her onto the bed. Officers say the woman suffered an injury to her back.

A short time later, Graham entered another room and assaulted a different woman who worked at the motel. In that case, officers say he grabbed the victim's private parts and tried to pull off her shirt.

The crimes were reported to deputies, and witnesses gave descriptions of the suspect to officers. Officers were able to determine that Graham lived in a nearby apartment complex, where officers were able to take him into custody.

Officers are trying to determine if Graham may be involved in any other crimes.
