Columbia, SC (WLTX) - The South Carolina Attorney General's office says a man traveled from California to Lexington County to have sex with a minor.
Charles Henry Ross, 27, is charged with one count of criminal solicitation of a minor, and two counts of criminal sexual conduct of a minor second-degree.
Officers say the victim's mother discovered Ross in her son's bedroom on August 8th, and Ross ran from the home. Lexington County deputies were able to track him down and arrest him.
Prosecutors say Ross is from the San Diego area. His bond was set at $275,000, and Ross must remain in the state.
