Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Columbia Police are asking for your help in identifying a man they say robbed the Wells Fargo on Harbison Boulevard.
Investigators say the suspect entered the business shortly before noon Thursday and handed the teller a note that demanded money.
They say the teller complied and the suspect walked out of the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police believe that he may have put the money in a black and yellow book bag. They also think he may have been seen leaving the area in a silver or white, smaller 4-door Chevy.
No one was injured during the incident.
They've released several surveillance images of the crime. Richland County deputies say the robbery may be connected to the robbery of a bank that happened just hours later along Garners Ferry Road in Columbia. Related Coverage:Southeast Columbia Bank Robbed
