Richland County, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies are searching for a suspect who they say shot a man during a fight.

Officers want to find Adalid Marcial Gonzales, who's also known as Adalid-Marcial Padilla Gonzales.

Investigators say around 7 a.m. on May 10, Gonzalez got into a fight with another man over a woman. During the dispute, deputies say Gonzalez pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the upper body.

The victim was taken to the hospital, and deputies say he continues to recover from his wound.

Investigators say information at the scene led them to Gonzeles home, where they found a bag of cocaine.

Officer think he may be hiding in the Timmonsville area.
