Lexington County, SC (WLTX) - Lexington County deputies have charged a man in connection with a second robbery of a Waffle House.

Deputies accuse 21-year-old Rashaud Jamel Lee of robbing the Waffle House at 778 St. Andrews Road on July 9th. According to officers, Lee came into the restaurant and held seven people at gunpoint while he stole $300 from the register.

Cayce Department of Public Safety Officers had already arrested and charged him with the July 13th robbery of a Waffle House on Airport Boulevard. In that case, officers say Lee fired two rounds from his gun, one of which was at a cook who was trying to follow him as he left the store.

Lee was found in a wooded area near that crime.

Detectives want to know if Lee is involved in any other crimes. Anyone with information on him should call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC, or e-mail a tip in to www.midlandscrimestoppers.com. You can also text information in by texting "TIPSC" plus your message to CRIMES (274637). Either way you choose, your identity will remain anonymous, and you could be eligible for a cash reward.
