Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- Beer drinkers will be able to sip the latest South Carolina craft beer this week. Columbia based River Rat Brewery plans to debut their beers on Tuesday.
The brewery has released a schedule of tastings:
Feb. 25 (Tuesday): Morganelli's, 5:00-7:00
Feb. 25 (Tuesday): Liberty Tap Room, 7:00-9:00
Feb. 27 (Thursday): Green's Piney Grove, 5:00-7:00
Feb. 27 (Thursday): World of Beer, 7:00-9:00
Feb. 28 (Friday): Total Wine, 4:00-7:00
Feb. 28 (Friday): Publick House, 7:00-9:00
River Rat makes several different styles of beer at their Shop Road facility. Those include:
- Moncks Corner Abbey Ale, a Dubbel style with 7.2% alcohol by volume.
- Double IPA, with 8.5% ABV.
- Broad River Red Ale, with 5.3% ABV.
- Hazelnut Brown Ale with 5.4% ABV.
