A security guard says he was trying to separate people involved in a fight and had to use his pepper spray to gain control of the situation. The guard told officers that after the crowd left the scene, he realized his company firearm was missing from his holster. According to police, the security guard did not immediately tell them about the missing gun, but reported it twenty minutes after they arrived on the scene.

Officers say they helped the guard search the area, but they did not find the gun.

No one was hurt by the gun shot.

The security guard is not identified in the police report, but is listed as an employee of Black Ops Protection, a private security company.
